ZephyrPush provides real-time messaging and communication services for web and mobile applications. Our services include:

  • Real-time message publishing and subscription
  • WebSocket connections for live communication
  • Analytics and monitoring tools

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

We retain message data according to your subscription plan. Free tier messages are retained for 1 day, while paid plans offer extended retention periods.

5.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Billing and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Our services are offered under different subscription tiers with varying limits and features. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.3 Usage Limits

Each plan has specific limits on messages, connections, and other resources. Exceeding these limits may result in service throttling or additional charges.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime Guarantee

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our current uptime commitment is 99.5% for paid plans.

7.2 Maintenance

We perform regular maintenance and may temporarily suspend services for updates. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance.

7.3 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not discontinue the entire service without providing alternatives or migration assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZephyrPush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZephyrPush from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period as specified in our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
